Happy October!

The signs of autumn are upon us: leaves turning their magnificent golds and reds, squirrels scampering on the telephone wires, and warmer wraps coming out of storage. It’s time to come together and share our positive passionate selves with one another. Make it a month of Sundays!

The Northwest Annual Rally in Eugene was fabulous. Wonderful speakers, each sharing their own Hero’s Journey. The message from all was one of inclusivity, how the little things we do for one another can make all the difference. The music rocked; it was sort of like a mini-concert with inspiring talks sprinkled in. Mark it as a must for next year. When I have the date for next year, I will share it.

Event: Sacred Healing Workshop

When: This coming Saturday, October 6, 10:30-1:30.

What: A workshop.

· Explore hidden beliefs

· Gain clarity in things that are challenging

· Move from Fear to Faith

· Share quality time with like-minded people

Lunch provided. Cost is a Love offering.

A Word from the Reverend

As you may or may not know, my husband, Gary, has undergone heart surgery to have a mitral valve replaced. He is now at home and moving around really well. Thanks to those of you who were a part of the prayer posse that kept him in your prayers. We would like to do the same for any one of you who has the need for prayer, so don’t hesitate to ask. Also, if you know of someone in our group who is ill or in the hospital, please let us know. My office hours are 12:00 - 2:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or by appointment. Call 509-378-9099.

Class is beginning again! Exploring Roots begins Tuesday, October 9, and continues for 10 Sundays. It looks into some of the people who influenced Ernest Holmes, Emerson, Troward, and Hopkins. Come and enjoy the positive energy, exploration and like minded conversations.

I AM PROSPEROUS

An Affirmative Prayer

I am surrounded by an Abundant Universe that is my Strength and Support at all times.  This Force moves in, through and acts as me. I am connected to it. I live and move and have my being in this Presence.

I am filled with a myriad of positive ideas for moving ahead on my prosperous path.  The right people, the right experiences appear before me, and I move forward in competence and confidence.  I let go of any fear, doubt or ideas of unworthiness, knowing that I am a unique and vibrant gift to all the world around me. I know that right and perfect opportunities open their doors to me and I am able to choose the right and perfect ones.  I am well-spoken, wise and a wealth of positive assets ready to unfold in the right and perfect place. I am healthy, wealthy and wise.

I release these words with gratitude, knowing that they are acted upon as spoken. And so It is.

                                    

The concert that Ami gave was so wonderful.  Look for another concert next year.
