Our Unity Candles decorated for Autumn
November 2018 Newsletter
I am so thankful for every miraculous wonder in my life. The more I give thanks, the more I have to be thankful for.
Happy November!
Leaves are falling, the wind is blowing, and we are remembering family and friends and giving thanks for a brand new experience opening before us.
We have culled our library downstairs so that we now have an entirely metaphysical library. The books that we are giving away need boxes to make their move to a new space. If you have some, please bring them with you to church on Sunday or drop them off during office hours, Monday and Thursday from 12-2.
Youth Church is now every fourth Sunday of the month. Rev. Sandy is hosting these sessions, and practitioners are giving Power Talks on those Sundays. Spread the word, and if you have children of your own, please bring them.
Two November events this month and a few more for December:
- Turkey Thanksgiving Feast-Sunday, November 18, after service. Please sign up to bring something, and bring a friend.
- Deck the Walls-Sunday, November 25, after service. Help decorate the Church for the holiday season, and write Christmas cards to send to service men and others who don't normally receive many. We may go out for lunch after wards, or order pizza.
- Candle Lighting-Friday, December 21, 7:00 pm.
- World peace meditation-Monday, December 31, 4:00 am.
Science of Mind Class continues, Tuesday evenings at 6:30 at the Smiths. We are studying Troward November 6 - November 13, and for the next three weeks we will cover Emma Curtis Hopkins. Join us if you would like to. The book for the last three weeks is: Scientific Christian Mental Practice, by Emma.
This month's theme is: Freedom from Fear and Error Thinking
November 4-The Fruit of Good and Evil
November 11-Fear and Punishment
November 18-If the Blind lead the Blind
November 25-Transference

I Am Fearless
The fearless force of Source surrounds me, moves in, through and acts as me. I Am One with the One.
Each morning I awake looking forward to a magnificent day. I know I am Safe, Courageous, Prosperous, Healthy and Happy. I let go of any fear, doubt or guilt, and know that I am capable of embracing life with enthusiasm and wisdom, for I am equipped with every Good that I can ever need. I am filled with insightful positive ideas and right people and situations always cross my path. I connect easily with like-minded people and my life is filled with wonderful adventures. I am so blessed.
With a grateful heart I release these words to the Law of Mind, knowing that with God, all things are possible. And so It is.
Blessings galore,
Rev Sandy
